Blissful Meetup!

As it was the New Year, I was fortunate to participate in the 1st Post Crossing meetup for the Year happened on the 7th of January 2024 Sunday on a rainy evening.

The evening setup was as blissful and special for a lot of young people to join together to write through.

I had the opportunity to sign along a post card along with fellow post-crossers which made the feeling special.

The evening had encountered experiences which had a IT professional who draws his own post cards, and also to encounter signatures in seals which was different.

Looking forward to more meetups in 2024.

Do Young People Make a Change?

"So early in my life, I had learned that if you want something, you had better make some noise"
Malcolm X

The 1st Regional YCS YSM Convention was a landmark for young people participating, as
amidst a lot of crisis around, young people joining together to talk about something for their
goodness is always considered special.
Participating in the convention has enlightened me and made me realise the true understanding
of the movement, “It’s not I who become part of the movement but the movement to be part of
me". I pray and believe that this step forward may be a great leap in bringing a great change in
many lives. It’s not the end, it’s just the beginning, Future is in the hands of us, Let’s be the
change makers of the modern society.

Young students for Youthful life will be a landmark in making young people believe that we can make a change

RESPECTING ONE SELF

The other day I was reading through to understand the incident happening around me such as the Hijab and the stand for Neet and world around political tensions across. I was encountering to understand what is this world and where are we heading to?

Which made me encounter another incident at workplace where by the individual considering situations in family and relationships had to struggle with WFH and the new ways of working amidst the volatility of work, it was certainly impacting the growth of work and also the team whereby pushing the team down and severely impacting the rest?

So now this deep dilemma in all these incidents I observed one important thing where is the respect for the individual, amidst the growing tensions across and still Pandemic putting across we see that everything progresses by but the individual making a long walk to freedom.

So considering this I was able to deep dive by talking with various people on and off my work while travelling and returning back to understand how is life treating them, where the common reply was life’s become too complicated, in listening to them further the deep down answer is the complication began because of a small mistake and that grew into more mistakes and whereby losing the individuality be it values or be it financially.

Recent incident that took place too make us understand if for a minute if we realize the value of the individual then a lot of things could have happened differently and we may have reduced a lot of bloodshed and value killing.

So what can an individual do to possibly save his self, based on this experience of interacting with people I put down!

1.       Everyone matters, Practice a bit of Empathy and support even if you don’t know the person in need, offer the best help forward.

2.       Sometimes the best remedy to help one is to mind our own businesses.

3.       Respect the person’s views and offer support to the lever best that you can offer

4.       When decision’s to take place consider the larger forum and do not seek to only see the benefit of a few of people.

5.       Hold accountable be it anyone who disregards the value of individual and brings them down.

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”― Ralph Waldo Emerson.

You can save like this too

In my recent expedition to help a lot of young people to manage finances since we are in the midst of pandemic and a lot of uncertainty i came across on this possibily know encounter known as the savings scheme on dresses, but to my knowledge one can also encourage to save through dresses and also on the household items required.
It started off a simple contribution of monthly 500 inr for a year's time and by the end of the 12 month there is a contribution given the shop and this get accumulated to round about to 6500 INR by which one can comfortably buy for the occassion and also for the house he lives in, we understand that it only takes a few seconds to order online and get it delivered at home comfortably but why not try something like and see some money in pocket at the end of the day, personally on encountering this we get the take back life in its old ways and by buying as one time for atleast for half of the year we tend to save a whole lot of money coz we buy only what is needed and not unnecessary.

few examples
What we now need to understand is that amidst pandemic what we saved as emergency are slowly melting if not done and dusted and the above is just a choice to encounter...

LIFE MATTERS DESPITE GROWTH!

I was AWE- stuck by on the recent inventions on how to forget what life and real education is, because of the involvement of web- based education and the power to impact the same to students from the smallest age, OMG! The very first time I even saw a 10 year child creating app, sounds interesting, but after he creates and finishes, there is a much more pressure to be more successful in life and to understand the impacts and growth all in an individual pace.

Amidst the mid of Pandemic, there is something, that we need to understand drastically, a shift, oneself might have observed that there Is slowly fading the value of self, group and life oriented learning, as he/she is more occupied to take up web- based module due to which we understand, that initially we had top 7 companies, who began this education to the present list of 28 and much more, where we can understand that there is more growth to accept the fact that individual paced education Is growing which is good, but there is slowly fading of life oriented education.

I realized that as we grow older due to the impact of modern ways of learning, we are slowly diminishing the best way to express self based learning; a simple formula dates back 50 years till today that is the See- Judge Act.

In my understanding I jotted down a small difference which according to me stands as the difference with what we got for free, to what we now pay and get, I am sure, that one may have much more clarity to understand and differentiate.

7

There is guidance with Life and Values

As we realize that due to impact of Pandemic, we miss our School, our traditional classroom education and much more, but due to the other impacts of modern education, we understand we will soon be forgetting ourselves and living a life, that we ourselves don’t realize.

Simple ways of bringing back Life!

1. Refreshing the Methodology of See-Judge- Act and possibly making the road map to understand what is happening around, the best is to jot down thoughts, so that we don’t forget.

2. Talk About the daily aspect of life to your parents and siblings and friends, as we understand that we are in more pressure, pressure due to no academic and also fear of life which may bring down panic.

3. If there Is a chance to plan for your Group cell meeting via devices, supportive to meet virtually, can imbibe a lot more understanding, at least 15 mins in a fortnight.

4. Do a lot more writing, may be writing about your experience with Covid and hearing the news ahead and how you tackled to grow due to See Judge Act.

5. We find that every day passes in a matter of flash and by the time we realize, we need to do something, and we already see many months have passed.

“Successful people recognize crisis as a time for change - from lesser to greater, smaller to bigger”

Let’s take a minute to recognize the best strategy to understand and change ourselves to be better.

Giving back, better than we found it!

I recently was in a short discussion on understanding financial terms in day to day life and understanding about the financial aspects in a typically life of people living in country life and I realized that Years have passed by from Independence and still we look up to ignorance and the evolution of looting because of lack of education and basic guidance on principles of savings and livelihood.

So, made me realize where are we? And how are we going to move forward in this topsy turvy society and what are we as individuals going to do about it.

As we began to understand the process of finding out of basic awareness of financial literacy, I began to understand that at some point of time, there has been a evolvement of mis-representation of facts and figures, and since majority due to the trustworthiness that someone in the family has asked them to go on forward, trusted and went with the process and finally what returned was fake reply and ending up in loss both psychologically and mentally.

And despite of numerous handout and knowledge available, majority still fail in this process and end up nothing in hand.

We realize that as the system is confined to this we, now exist in a catastrophic condition and finally we realize that it’s a big mistake, when you ask why did u do it? Finally comes a lame reply that there is lack of awareness and that we still look for a dawn when my solution is going to end.

We are in a diverse world and understanding the fact that there is a lot available digitally, when you enter the grass root level, these ideas don’t reach the common man, and that there still exists a big gap, between the intention, the root cause and the end user.

This is where we need a guide map to accept the process and help a lot more individuals to help who is in need. We need people to guide and help the society to accept that awareness can help correct and lot of hindrances to common man and that we still feel a lot of commitment is required to reach this idea.

Even if the idea reaches, then the process of sustainability comes into thought and that where you and I Can give back the best way we can! Many areas there don’t require money or pride it just requires a little bit of understanding of the concept and helping the unaware aware.

Many organizations to my understanding begin this process but at some point of time, ideas get build not leading to purpose and things get diverted, ending up, from something to nothing.

So as we progress to a dawn of 2021, let us rethink about the commitment we can extend to people who still need to look up and possibly giving them the sense of responsibility and making them aware and becoming better individuals to manage their professional and personal livelihood.
