Blissful Meetup!
As it was the New Year, I was fortunate to participate
in the 1st Post Crossing meetup for the Year happened on the 7th
of January 2024 Sunday on a rainy evening.
The evening setup was as blissful and special
for a lot of young people to join together to write through.
I had the opportunity to sign along a post card
along with fellow post-crossers which made the feeling special.
The evening had encountered experiences which
had a IT professional who draws his own post cards, and also to encounter signatures
in seals which was different.
Looking forward to more meetups in 2024.

RESPECTING ONE SELF
The other day I was reading through to understand the incident happening around me such as the Hijab and the stand for Neet and world around political tensions across. I was encountering to understand what is this world and where are we heading to?
Which made me encounter another incident at workplace where by the individual considering situations in family and relationships had to struggle with WFH and the new ways of working amidst the volatility of work, it was certainly impacting the growth of work and also the team whereby pushing the team down and severely impacting the rest?
So now this deep dilemma in all these incidents I observed one important thing where is the respect for the individual, amidst the growing tensions across and still Pandemic putting across we see that everything progresses by but the individual making a long walk to freedom.
So considering this I was able to deep dive by talking with various people on and off my work while travelling and returning back to understand how is life treating them, where the common reply was life’s become too complicated, in listening to them further the deep down answer is the complication began because of a small mistake and that grew into more mistakes and whereby losing the individuality be it values or be it financially.
Recent incident that took place too make us understand if for a minute if we realize the value of the individual then a lot of things could have happened differently and we may have reduced a lot of bloodshed and value killing.
So what can an individual do to possibly save his self, based on this experience of interacting with people I put down!
1. Everyone matters, Practice a bit of Empathy and support even if you don’t know the person in need, offer the best help forward.
2. Sometimes the best remedy to help one is to mind our own businesses.
3. Respect the person’s views and offer support to the lever best that you can offer
4. When decision’s to take place consider the larger forum and do not seek to only see the benefit of a few of people.
5. Hold accountable be it anyone who disregards the value of individual and brings them down.
“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”― Ralph Waldo Emerson.
